Customer Notice
For owners of Adjustable Gullet Saddles
(e.g Bates, Wintec, Thorowgood, Kent&Masters, Fairfax, GFS)
We recommend that the internal and external screw fixings on adjustable gullet saddles are checked at regular intervals. With time, wear and movement in some instances the screws can loosen thus affecting the stability and fit of your saddle.
Please feel free to bring your saddle into the shop where we can check the fixings for you free of charge. Or if you require a saddle check/visit your saddle fitter will be happy to check the screw fixings at this time.
